Take Charge of Your Destiny

You can take charge of your own destiny by self-publshing your work. Why give away so much commission and profit to large publishers who will lose sight of you among their plethora of other titles? If you are new to publshing then here's a tip:
Major publishers do not spend much time or money promoting new authors unless they have been tested and proved to have public demand. First time authors and even some with many titles, end up doing most work
to sell their books even with major publishers. Scott Leysath is a good example of an author who has made a great deal of money selling his wild game recipe book. His profit per book ranged from $7 for the first 60,000
casebound (hard cover) copies and he earns about $3 to $5 each for his softcover version.

We have other case studies that might prove interesting to you as well. Two of our clients have self published their novels only to have a large publisher spot them and sign them up for future novels as well as taking their initial print on demand novel
and rebuilding them as major works. To obtain quotes either for short print on demand runs (1 book to millions), or for offset printing with jackets, click on the button of choice just above this article.
So, What are Print On Demand, and Litho (offset press)?
Print on deamnd (POD) is relatively new, although it's been around since about 2000 or earlier. It is now used by major bookstores, Amazon, Barnes and Noble and other companies, some of whom offer the same services we offer, but for a lot more money.
Print on demand has somd restrictions. Almost exclusively softcover with either white or creme colored paper. Sizes vary and are not adjustable. (See: Available Sizes for POD).
When you publish with us you will receive automatic listing with Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Ingram book distributor (world's largest), and ISBN listing, which makes your book available worldwide in any bookstore. R.R. Bowker charges a fee of $12 per year to maintain an annual listing.
We will bill you for that. If you chose to cancel your worldwide listing you simply don't pay the annual fee.
